Multi-Head Modularity
Unlike traditional multi-head embroidery machines, the Melco EMT16X takes a modular approach. This means that to add more heads, you simply network additional EMT16X machines together.
Acti-Feed
This automated thread tensioning system provides simplified operation, reduced thread breaks, and consistent results. Just input fabric type and hoop size and let Acti-Feed™ handle the rest — no need to manually adjust tension knobs with the EMT16X.
Advanced Lower Arm
A rounded, narrow lower arm design makes it easy to embroider hard-to-reach areas like pockets and baby clothes. The EMT16X also features a self-sharpening carbide cutter and an easy-access bobbin case, so routine maintenance never slows down production.
Hats and Caps
Hats are one of the most popular personalization items, and one of the many areas where the EMT16X excels. With the included Melco Cap Driver and a 270-degree sew field, you’ll be able to create any customized hats your customers need.
