Each machine we sell comes with training, done by a certified trainer with many years of experience. Training is customized to the requirements and experience level of each client, and can be in-person or virtual.

Most customer inquiries can be handled remotely, either over the phone or via video conference. In the event your machine needs to be serviced, we have five offices with well-experienced techs. We also carry parts for the machines we sell.

Founder / Owner of LenasSeams
LenasSeams is based in the northern town of Kugluktuk, in the Canadian territory of Nunavut. Located on the shore of the Arctic Ocean, Kugluktuk is on the 67th parallel north, nearly 50 km north of the Arctic Circle. Lena is the northern-most Melco customer in the world.
The company’s mission is to create scrunchies, printed and embroidered clothing, headwear, and drinkware that are locally hand crafted and designed with care, with unique northern living in mind.
