Information for US Customers

Effective August 29, 2025 the United States has ended the "de minimis" trade exemption. Previously, this trade exemption would let US residents avoid paying any import fees when receiving shipments valued under $800 USD.  With the ending of this de minimis trade exemption, all shipments to the USA may be subject to import fees.

All products sold by www.embroiderysystems.com are shipped from our Calgary, Alberta, Canada distribution centre. If you are a US-based customer placing an order, the items you order may be subject to import fees which would be paid by you the recipient. These import fees would be in addition to the amount paid for the items and shipping. We do not charge for, nor collect these import fees on behalf of the US government. 

The country of origin will vary based on each individual item. Furthermore, the actual tariff rate the US has implemented for each country may also be subject to change. Therefore, the actual amount of potential import fees will vary based on each individual order.
